Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

At Eliza Fashion, we offer a 7-day return window. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Intimate apparel.
• Items bought on clearance or final sale.
• Customized or personalized items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at mostafaalhossine@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mostafaalhossine@gmail.com.
